Learning Teaching Training Activity

Within the project's Intellectual Outputs 2 and 3, Education Packages and Digital Tools will be developed for adults' trainings. Although these trainings will be available via digital applications, the pedagogical background and the methodology of the context related to the trainings will be also given in traditional classroom trainings. To prepare the trainers for these developed products and their pedagogic background with critical techniques; a training will be organized by M&M Profuture Training S.L. (M&M) which is giving trainings in national and international level with its highly experienced and prestigious staff.

As it is stated in a training handbook of M&M, Empathy is, as most emotion-related terms, becoming a household concept, and movies, books, and TV programs juggle with it in more or less serious ways, based on a myriad of approaches and styles and Empathy has become synonymous with “psychological mindedness” and with “emotional intelligence”. Being aware of this use of emotional intelligence technique in adult training for better communication and transfer of knowledge, the impact of emotional factors in learner and trainer will be ensured. In addition to this, among the trend learning methodologies of the century, self-directed learning model which enables life learning and open schooling will be emphasized and related techniques will be given to trainers who will cascade these techniques in their home countries which will contribute significantly to the prevention of child abuse and neglect.

The main goal of this training is to enhance the capacity and competences of the trainers in this issue and how to communicate with parents in a better and more effective pedagogical background. This will be ensured with the use of the technique of emotional communication and intelligence in adult education. Another goal is to train these trainers according to new results of qualitative analyses made in partner countries and to share the results and meta-synthesis of these in general and to complete the lacking information on Child Abuse and Neglect. With the training sections about the digital tools, the trainers will be able to give their trainings in an interactive way which will also contribute to Society 5.0 Values.

At the end of the trainings, each trainer will train the trainers in their countries which will disseminate the effect of the project and will make the trainings more effective. In addition to these, the individuals who attended and use these digital tools will be involved in a continuous training section with their mobile phones. Especially the individuals who are addicted to technological tools, will be involved in these training processes after they attend these trainings and warm up process.
