Training of Trainers Activity in accordance with Education Packages and Digital Tools was organized by M&M Profuture Training, S.L. in Barcelona/Spain between the dates 18-22 October 2021.
Training of Trainers Activity in accordance with Education Packages and Digital Tools was organized by M&M Profuture Training, S.L. in Barcelona/Spain between the dates 18-22 October 2021 with participants from Kutahya Dumlupinar University, Hellenic Mediterranean University, Universita' Degli Studi Di Milano-Bicocca, Mykolo Romerio Universitetas and Kutahya Provincial Directorate of Family, Work and Social Services.
The goal of the activity is to give the trainers the ability to use emotional/intrapersonal intelligence which is among the most effective methods in teaching in terms of the communication between teacher and learner. In this way, the trainings on Child Abuse and Neglect which is a very sensitive issue, trainers who had training in this activity will be able to teach via subconscious teaching methods. In addition to these, to enhance the capacity and competences of the trainers on children protection against abuse and neglect, to renew the information they already have and to complete lacking parts in terms of knowledge about this issue in relation with educational background are aimed.
Participants were selected according to their educational background since trainers will transfer their knowledge to the trainers in their countries so the capability to transfer the information they get at the training is of great importance. Moreover, the degree of emotional intelligence in the teaching process is also important. So while choosing participants as trainers, the coordinator staff of each partner organization took into consideration these in detail.
